Basic automatic emailing system

I work in sales, and my job is essentially researching people to email, and then getting in touch with potential clients via email. It's a pretty basic process, that I think could be automated pretty easily, either on an existing platform (like Zoho), or through some basic coding. I've spent a few hours trolling the internet, and all the CRM systems on offer suffer from two major defects. 1) they require an "opt in" from the client as part of there anti-spam policy. I'm emailing people cold every day. 2) they are way to complicated - I'd need to strip back a lot of functionality to get what I want. On that note, he're what the system would need to do.
1) Send "email 1" (introduction to client of my service) to multiple email addresses. It doesn't have to input specific names, although this would be a bonus
2) Follow up emails not responded to after 7 or so working days with "email 2" (which essentially says "checking to see if you got email 1).
3) If person replies they always ask for more info, so I'd want the system to preload "email 3" more info, but allow me to customise/tweak instead of automatically sending.
That's it. Once I get clients to 3), I generally make a sale. I'm currently doing this manually, and it's a pain. Any suggested improvement on my current manual technique will be something I'd pay for.

Automatic Betting System ( Account Copier )
aly what needs to be done is
1) You have 2 accounts , account A and account B on the same online betting site
2) I have access to both accounts
3) When account A places a bet , account B ( Copies the bet from account A ) and place bet automaticaly
4) Therefore i don't have to watch the screen 24/7 to place bet

Develop Openvpn Automatic Setup System For Openwrt & Dd-wrt
