Google Location App for Android
Required skills: Android, Google App Engine, Java, Mobile Phone
I am looking for an experienced Android developer to create an app that would display a google based map that would show user selected locations/sites with mutiple pins/waypoints/property boundaries for each site.
User should be able to add/edit/delete multiple Sites. Ability to create New Site by current location or by searching Address, City, State, etc. User should be able to place boundary pins that would be used to define site and calculate acreage.
Pin locations should have custom pin graphic, name, category, notes field, ability to attach and view photo, and group.
Different Views:
- Site View showing List of different properties created by user
- Google Map View that would allow user to filter pin types, place pins, change site, zoom in/out, move and edit pins, show current location, etc
- Pin View shows User defined Name, GPS Location, Pin Type, Notes, Attached Photos, Group
- Navigation View showing Compass/Arrow display showing direction to pin/waypoint
- Settings View with ability to change Map View, show roads, satelite, hybrid, etc. Turn Pin Types Show On/Off, and Boundary Overlays On/Off
- Ability Share sites with other users, and over multiple devices for same user
App should be compatible with Android Phones 2.1+ and Tablets 3.0+ and views should be appropriate for different screen sizes.
Requirements for PROJECT ;
• We will own all rights (including all rights to source code, artworks, related website) to the application.
• We will not consider anyone with no rating, so don't bother if you don't have a freelancer rating.
• We want the working source code, artworks and all documents that you will do in project (when completed for making modification in the future).
• The source code should be commented properly (in english), easy to follow and follow coding/naming standards.
• App must be tested on Android Phone 2.1+ and Tablet 3.0+ and work well in portrait and lanscape modes on Tablet.
• Provide support in fixing bugs (no new features) for 1 month after app is completed
Requirements for FREELANCER ;
Please take note that we are looking for long-term business relationship as we have few more projects which are planning to be carried on. Hence the person we hire must be ;
• Professional and serious bidders only
• Talented Android developer with good experience and should have 3 or more apps which are selling on Android market or done by you. Please show us 3 Best Apps which were truly developed by you. Even better if it is similar to our project.
• Good Communicator with Good Attitude (in ENGLISH)
• Freelancer should be able to communicate with us (via skype, but mostly via email),
PAYMENT ;
All payment will be thru escrow only and not be released to any freelancer until a complete working app is delivered and all source code, artworks accepted by us.

Mobile Receipts App for Android
eceipts will be several hundred.
There are three kinds of receipts: normal receipt, business entertainment receipt and hotel receipt. The main functionality of the app is:
-Storing of the receipts and the app settings locally on the smartphone.
-Editing of the receipts and of the settings.
-Synchronizing of the receipts with the server.
