The job of a sales agent is to present the company's services to prospective clients in a professional manner and close the sale. It mainly involves understanding the requirements of the client and liasioning with other departments within the company to fulfill client requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes but not limited to the following:
• Following up on leads
• Presenting company services to the client
• Understanding client requirements
• Coordinating with various departments to fulfill client requirements
• Following up with clients to assess client satisfaction levels
• Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients
• Create proposals for prospective clients
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree may be helpful but not required.
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years experience in the real estate property management industry.
Candidates who have worked in the sales department of a property management company preferred but not required.
Worked with various property types, residential, commercial, associations, but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
English, Spanish (preferred but not required)
COMPUTER SKILLS
Basic skills like MS word, excel, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of salesforce would be an advantage.
TRAVEL DEMANDS
None done from home with a telephone
ADDITIONAL
Should have a genuine interest in meeting and serving people. Must be willing to travel, meet people and establish relationships with prospective clients. Must have knowledge of markets in Dade and Broward County.
