Obviously, my budget is very low, but I'm guessing there are developers out there who have done similar work (or have pieces of this ready to go), which would minimize the amount of custom work that would need to be done for this project.
If a developer has something similar ready to go (even if it's not exactly the same as the one I want cloned), I'd consider it, if the price was right.

Live Video Streaming for TV Station
ere I provide live audio and video streaming for local radio stations and tv stations. I have the software to create live audio streaming accounts for radio stations but I do not have the software TO CREATE ACCOUNTS FOR LIVE VIDEO STREAMING FOR ONLINE TV STATION on the server side. If you have a ready made LIVE VIDEO STREAMING SOFTWARE, please let me know and post a demo. Important, I must be able to set the BITRATE as well as setting the NUMBER OF USERS PER ACCOUNT.

In other words, I am using the radio programs to drive traffic to my site for product purchase and to take advantage of business opportunities. I looking for someone to design a website for my tv show. I have the logo, graphics, and videos. I prefer flash video playback. The website look should be modern but simple to operate. The home-page should have a main widescreen player and thumbnails of other video playback.
