Large Project Split into modules. This is module 1 of 7
Module 1: Attendance
We require a database attendance local version and cloud version to record attendance.
Overview:
Record attendance by members to the club
Requirements:
1. cloud and local version
2. Sync database local and cloud version if required
3. Swipe card and manual entry of attendance
4. Add profile of member (1st time using system or bulk import of details by club admin)
5. Add licence and class of licences, mebership number etc
6. add if member of local club or visiting club
7. download master membership list and details for the association to be use when members login @ other clubs
8. Email notice, statements and warnings to members, club, associations and CL (admin)

Onsite:
The user will swipe their membership card and their details will be recorded in the database.
If 1st time they have swiped card, their will need to fill out a short form (ie club, membership etc)
Cloud:
A copy of the local database will then be uploaded every night (or when admin hits a key) so a stored copy is saved.
some users will work directly with the cloud version and use the local version as a backup, where other without internet access full time will use local version and upload to either thumb drive to upload when they get home or upload on demand.
Require to use either php and mysql (for cloud version and local version) or mysql and php + access/excel/word for local version.

We need to grab the details such as name and licence number.
If the member is a local club member, a noise will sound and screen will flash green
If member is a visitor member of the association, it will make another sound and flash red
If not a member of the asssociation , it will make another sound and bring up (see office notice) (admin user to reset)
Members will need to add details such as class of licence, expire date etc (this can be manual input or import from excel spreadsheet)
A copy of attendance will be emailed to the member
a. on each visit
b. statement every month (1st of the month showing last month)
c statement every 3, 6 and 9 months (1st of the month)
d. Statement for the year (year to be set by each club but default will be 1st jan to 31st dec)
so clubs may use 1st march to 28/29th feb.

Winning this project will give you the opportunity to work on the next 6 to 9 future modules to be released each month

The club will need to register the copy to use the program (online or local version) and it will expiry 1,3,5 years)
Clubs will need to provide info such as

president, treasurer , sectreary (phone, email address for each)
each club will be assigned a Club Number and username
Password will be issued to the president email address for them to access and admin their local version and cloud version
Module budget is $ 300
Bonus of $ 200 if you complete within 7 days from starting project.
Due to the small size of this module, payment will be on 100% working cloud version and funds will be transfer.
You will need to provide full install instructions on a php + mysql host server + then provide the local version.
Next module will be started on completion of this module. (next module will be membership, then scoring module once membership module is completed

I've got the 2 way sync script and i can provide it for you to reverse engineer if required.

I have multiple databases that I would like to be combined into either 1 larger database or have them all linked together, or a combination of both.
1 database is writen in MySQL and the rest are writen in Acess.
I would like the final database to be in MySQL.

I bought template monster design and I would like website to be integrated into that design. Attached is preview image of this design - It needs to be simplified. It also has intro FLASH to be customized to enter the CODE field, the FLASH source file is included with template.
IMPLEMENTATION:
Stage 1: Make database work using very simple html to test and make databases work.
Stage 2: Apply design to template.

The checkout_payment page receives (in POST method) "response" variable, value = error code from merchants website.
You will have to add the error code to the checkout payment page.
This should be an easy fix (a couple of hours) if you know your way around oscommerce and post method.

2) Module must work with WP-Robot to post the pages
3) Feeds are in ASPX/XML format with the images in JPEG. (See attached document)
4) The feeds are password protected. So the module must require a login.
5) Module must support 5 feeds.
