Existing OpenVPN GUI Bug Fixes and Additional Functionality

We have a current custom GUI for OpenVPN with all existing source code but would like to add some small functionality to it. Budget can be increased if required as it is dependent on how many of the changes can be implemented.

1. Startup with Windows and Connect on Startup feature.
2. Needs to be compiled so that it will prompt for Admin access in Windows 7/Vista in both 32/64 bit environments. Currently a bit of bugs.
3. Code needs to be properly obfuscated in compilation
4. *optional but highly desired* Shut down programs in the event a disconnection to VPN is detected (this needs to be explored, may increase budget if required) Similiar to VPNCheck
5. Minor aesthetic interface improvements to make it look cleaner.
6. Ensure smooth shutdown of program when computer shutdown is initiated. Currently program needs to be manually exited or else Windows will prompt
7. Update to use latest OpenVPN 2.2.2 (Currently on 2.2.0)
The program needs to be compatible with Windows XP and upwards to Windows 7.
We're only looking for programmers who properly bug test their work and are seeking for a long term relationship. Good English speakers only please.
We are also looking for a Mac version of this client which will be a separate project. If you have experience in this or porting this will be a huge bonus as well.

- There is no recapcha for one of my contact page options, this needs fixing.
- The car showroom/rental logos don't show on the detail view page, this needs adding.

5. On transitioning from the client login page to other page the text box lingers on the page until the transition completes. Could this be prevented.
For successful completion of this project I would like these bugs fixed and I will not add any others.
