A better, SIMPLE Eventbrite! Wordpress site users post event

I have a domain and need someone to build a simple and less annoying Eventbrite.com. I want the users to log in with facebook, post events and send them out to friends by email and with the facebook api. Then people pay for the event via paypal or amazon and it goes to the person who created the events paypal account - and an additional 2% of each transaction goes to my paypal account.
Similar features as eventbrite or facebooks add event - picture, description, it to show who is attending, maybe, no and invited, etc.
