ANDROID AND IPHONE APP VERSION FOR FOOTBALL MANAGEMENT/GAMES

Hi Everyone,
Am looking for an android and iPhone app version for football management. It will be a game and also like a utility system.
Some functions I want in the app.
It will be a football (Soccer) management utility for managers to handle their real life league teams.
Some Functions:
-- Add a Team or multiple teams
-- Create a teams kit and colors (Top and Shorts)
-- Choose what type of team you are managing (5/7/11 aside)
-- Choose a team formation (451/433 custom etc.)
-- Create your Squad (includes player numbers, names and contact details from phone book.
-- Display the team sheet on a football pitch design.
-- Manage which players can make the games and who is available, injured or unavailable for matches.
-- Ability to add a fixture list to your team like a calendar
-- Have a player statistics tab which you can log top goal scorer, assister and man of the match. Possibly player ratings as well out of 10.
--Sort players by defense, midfield and forwards
-- A function to send a text message / email to all the players in the squad
-- A Google map function to show where the games will be played.
There may be a few more functions that pop up such as auto select so it selects the team based on ratings or position.
(similar like Starting 11 by The Evil Boss)
You must be an experienced developer with proof of same type of work, and agreement must be signed at the end of the job. Please i need it ASAP.
