We need to add a function to an existing website.
The site is a property listings website, that has a variety of homes and flats on show.
We need to add the possibility of a "you may also like"/similar properties module in 2 key areas:
1. when the user searches for property or a term on the homepage and it displays "no results", we would like to have recommended properties below the "no results"
2. when a user gets search results, we would like to show them other properties that are nearby. now each property, when created, has a google map longitude and latitude. maybe this is the easiest way to show 5 properties that are nearby within a certain range?
The theme is "estate" by WooThemes.
It already has a similar functionality in the single-post for each property, but we need to extend this to the other areas and it needs to be more intuitive.

Home page - features hero widget (will contain Brightcove video player) and tabbed "accordion" style content box (widget). As well as header & footer.
Content Page - features tabbed content box (with video, text & images within content area).

o display this, if selected for that property, over the images in the gallery of that property as well. Currently it only shows on the homepage and archive/search, but not in the actual post. It will have to be displayed as an overlay on top of the gallery images.

This project isn't a taxing design project, but rather just a simple adaptation of an existing plugin that doesn't work well on themes other than its own. If the budget isn't reasonable, please leave comments to this effect. Re-using code on the existing plugin is not permitted.

Customize WordPress Theme(Absorb html+css to existing theme)
e bit more. So we have created html+css files from generated html+css on WordPress.
We need to merge these html+css files back to the theme files.
1 html for top page. Another 1 html file for sub pages (like single.php, index.php, etc)
Aside from this project, WordPress (& other CMS) plug-in dev, (x)html+css coding skill is great plus to have long term cooperation.

It has an identical visual appearance on the main listing (loop) page, the single.php page, etc. One exception is that Cascade's blog is accessible at a subdomain; you will be deploying Wordpress to a subdirectory (/blog).
