Drupal Website Navigation Modification etc.

I have a Drupal website that needs to have the man navigation centered, and content/text on a slideshow to stay constant. I would also like the person to look into a or ckeditor/ ckfinder issue. The option to choice images is not showing up. Might have to re-install a module or check to see if it is installed correctly. Please only apply if you are extremely familiar with Drupal sites and can make all necessary modifications to them. These issues shouldn't be to hard or time consuming if you are familiar with making modifications to a Dupal site.

Wordpress/drupal Website Templ

As page types have slightly different layouts, a different template may need to be created for each page. We have not yet decided which way to go, whether WordPress or Drupal. We are open to your suggestions.
