Add MS Outlook "invites" functionality to form submissions

Currently the three forms at http://charestreporting.com/booking.php contain PHP forms that simply email the submitted data to the client.
The data in these emails is transferred manually into Microsoft Outlook "invites" by office staff. This creates a lot of extra work and could be simplified if the form submission automatically generated an invite for each submission.
We are not Microsoft enthusiasts and know little or nothing about this. We require someone who's knowledgeable in this field to add functionality to the forms that will achieve this by way of scripting. If there are other configurations necessary to achieve this, we need step-by-step instructions on how to complete.

I would like an easy solution to automatically populate these fields. That is, I am tired of copy and pasting or hand typing the information. Also, the solution would require that the information be formatted, that is, only the first letter of each word capitalized. I am sure there is an easy way to do this for someone that has done something similar in the past.

Add functionality to a website

My target price is 50$ for the job, keep in mind you need to modify/add functionality to 3 pages only, one page is the one holding the product with the "shopping cart".
Work will be done on your server or mine, once all files are with me and I test the pages payment will be transferred to you in full. There might be some other requirements not captured on this initial project description, but the work should not be substantial.

Transfer Data From Outlook And .mdb To Google Business Apps

Please make sure that I'll be also needing data arrangement like sorting according to suppliers and contractors and normal users etc.

Create MS Access 2007 Database to track client appointments
of their appointments and the amount spend.
A report where I can specify dates to view all client appointments in a particular range, and the amount spent.
A report where I can see how many of a particular duration have been entered.

Delphi 2010/Fibplus/Firebird - sync contacts to MS Outlook
s. If data has changed on the database then the program should override the data in Outlook. If data has been changed in Outlook then override data in the database. Need to sync key fields like contact Name, Phone, email etc. Will send details. WIll prefer bidders who can send working demo program.

ill be "all" in which case all items in the database will be displayed. The user will see a list of items in a gridview with a thumbnail of the image, name of artist, title of artwork and price. The on screen report will be grouped by venue then artist. The user can select a button which will output data displayed on the screen to a PDF file.

Track Form Submissions Per Page Views In Google Analytics
I need someone to set up tracking in Google Analytics for a webform. I need to be able to see how many times a form was submitted per the number of page views where the form is located.
I have 20 some forms/pages on my site that I need to track separately.
