Set up ruby and ROR on Lion

I'm looking for someone to set up rtorrent and rutorrent on ubuntu vps,

Simple convert psd to html, set up site and add gallery.
More in pm,also this is a simple one hour project.

(Convert psd, set up site on host (+add my domain into the free host) and add gallery and link into the free image host like flickr).

This project needs someone who can setup and install the control panel, configure DNS, Host 1 domain, and install phpMyAdmin.
I want to be able to use my VPS control panel just like on my regular server.

If you have already configured a godaddy VPs then this is a quick job for you.

I have a box running CentOS 5 and I need someone to set up live streaming in flash (linear live TV). I need to be able to create playlists and have them streamed in loop 24/7 like online TV. This is not streaming on demand, it's online TV.
