Required skills: Mac OS, MySQL, PHP, UNIX, Website Design
The project is to offer a public VPN service where people can connect to our VPN network over PPTP, L2TP, OpenVPN and possibly others in a most secure way. There are multiple parts of this project
1. Setup the infrastructure for the VPN connection. This can be on Cisco router or on CentOS 6.2 64bit Linux or on MacOS X servers (or on multiple). Must support IPv6 and as many VPN protocol options as possible.
2. Setup the infrastructure for central user authentication (possibly Radius server?)
3. Setup website to sell the service in a branded way. Including all billing infrastructure (paypal and as many others as possible)
Similar service providers to compare would be swissvpn.net or strongvpn.com.
You can assume plenty of hardware. Focus is on quality, security. privacy.
