I need some custom work for my site using Joomla and third party software streaming videos . Currently the videos are displayed on the first page , I need every video to been displayed on an separate pages . This is a small project and I need it as soon as possible

any third party plug-ins and mods installed, and need custom work for new look or integration of template while keeping platform, mods, and plug-ins functional.
Also, bought a JW video Player (with advertisement features, from longtail video) that we need installed and integrated. We already have the standard SE video plug in so not sure how to integrate this player.
We currently have OpenID installed, and wanted to integrate Gigya Socialize into the website.

The idea is simple enough, building maybe it is more complicated. However, this csv file must be up to us to create (or the script that exports our properties to csv from our old db). You have to just develop a plugin that imports the csv to the jomres database.
We need to know your standard rate for development /hour and to tell us how hours of work it will take.

D OBJECTIVE:
Make it like the example, where it just shows the first video in the custom field, and then a link that says 'View More Videos' that, when clicked, will display the remaining videos.
