I hope everyone is doing good.
I need a very simple website, like the demo template :

same template with a different theme:

But not 100% same. It can be same as 60% and i want you to put your thoughts into it and come up with a wao one. The website should be developed in HTML and CSS. A proper css driven.
What I need:

3. PSD
Note : You need to put your thoughts into the content layoutting part. And keep it simple and professional.
