Online Video (Animation & Video Creation)

I am starting a new legal service and I want to have short promotional videos online to:
1. post on my website, and help convert visitors to my website into leads/clients and
2. to post on YouTube & Vimeo, etc in order to draw traffic to my website.
As this is an early stage start-up with limited cash and resources, so I need an online video profession who can work with some basic content to produce professional looking clips. I will provide storyboard, text, still photos (for panning effects), stock video for editing, and my voice/audio.
(In the near future, if I can set up a greenscreen wall in a spare office, I will also be able to provide you footage of me talking about a topic and you can edit in a suitable graphic background.)

Please provide a bid to make a 2:30 minute animation video like the vimeo example. If the first project goes well, there will be continual work as I plan to make videos on all my different legal services and a weekly blog video message to clients.

Design and produce promotional video/animation for website
I would like to produce a video animation for my website mypropertypartner.co.uk it will be similar in visual style (but not content) to the one found here:

I am targetting small companies so if you are a very expensive freelancer or company, this is not the project for you since I do not estimate to have clients with big budgets, not in the next 3 to 6 months at least.
