We envision two rate structures: a flat rate per-shop for the set-up of GA, the goals and reports. The second rate will be ongoing -- a flat rate per shop or per each group of 8 shops per month to process the reports. We are open to other ways of pricing and or working an a per-hour fee until the job becomes routine.
