skilled oscommerce programmer for small fixes and extra opti

WE need a skilled oscommerce programmer to do several small fixes and updates for us.

Only bid on this if you can create custom modules from scratch and think oscommerce.

First task is to create a form into page whit formula and fix birthday reminder (we want it to be in html with nice image.)

most of them are fixable within minutes so I will only pay attention to resonable bids.

If its a good programmer and I am 100% satisfied I will hire him/her for more and/or bigger project.
