Get Global Monthly Searches on Keywords via Adwords VB.NET

The job is simple. I need a Visual Basic .NET developer to scrape Adwords "Global Monthly Searches" volume on any keyword.

Let's say my keyword is golf tips. What I want the program to do, is to have a field I can type in golf tips, and then click "get volume" and it will return me the Global Monthly Searches for that keyword.

do this with batches of a hundred or more keywords at a time.
What language it's done in doesn't matter--I'm not a programmer. It needs to be a stand alone utility that executes either from my desktop or browser (Win7, Firefox, Chrome).
It should provide the data in a CSV format for importing and processing in Excel.

Google Keyword Scraper Needed
be impossible so i plan on running this over a long period of time. I think we would need to use proxies for this which I can supply with as I’m not sure scraping only with my host IP would work for long. But as long as the application can be closed and continued where it left off that’s fine. I don’t think we'll ever get through all the words available on the internet but as long as it does not search the same words again that’s fine.
