Image matching/recognition tool
Required skills: J2EE, Java
We are looking for highly experienced programmers for the development of a visual search as server library. Which, we will first have a simple trial to show your capabilities of coding this for us.
The tool shall have two parts:
1.) Index of source images: it should be possible to add as many pictures / images as possible in a database. As an input the library receives an image (JPG(PNG) and an ID.
2.) Search: thereafter a search can start based on an input (also in JPG/PNG). The result shall provide the ID of the source picture.
Quality conditions:
- The system shall be scalable and work fast even with 1 million + source images
- The lightening of the picture provided can be worst than the indexed image. The tool shall still be able to recognise the image ID.
- The angle of the picture provided can differ from the indexed image. The tool shall still be able to recognise the image ID.

Simple Image Upload Tool

If possible i'd like a quote for just that above and a seperate for how much for the extra bit below.
As for the extra bit. Users can sign up with a user name and e-mail and upload images to there user to easily manage them and come back to them if they need them and get the link for their image again. Also an admin login which allows me to browse the images uploaded and delete them if they are offensive etc.

Image Blurring Tool
animated gifs, etc. I need another function for them to be able to blur certain areas of their photos. For example I would like a round brush selection tool so they can drag it over the area of the photo they want to apply a blur to when they apply the blur it should only blur out the section they had applied it to of the image NOT THE WHOLE IMAGE. they can apply this function as many times until the they are happy with the blur.

Image Markup Tool Needed (like Aviary Image Markup Falcon)
grate into my system is that a user will click on a thumbnail image and it will open a new window. That window will be passed the user's ID and also the ID of the image. All image markup should be saved so that an admin can go through each image that has been marked up and view what the user added.
It can be javascript or flash-based. (something like javascript is preferred as it would be iDevice-friendly, but it's not necessary).

then they go to Crop screen but the Crop tool is not changing depending on the size that the customer pics.
The crop tool is staying the same size as the image ( not the new dimensions)

Now I need some changes to the tool so that I can integrate it into my website. I also want so changes to the design and interface to make it more user friendly. The image edit process doesn't need changes but might not be broken. I have all the details on what needs to be adjusted and a new design.
If you know how to work with the gd php extension there might be some small improvements but this is of low priority.

a javascript with this selecter/marquee tool that follow the aspect ratio. This javascript must be placed inside a form and send data to my phpscript on submit with cutting information from x,y (upper left corner) to x,y (lower right corner).
