Scope: PCB layout, buy parts, produce 5 prototypes for verification (shipped to Norway), produce 100 units (shipped to Norway).
PCB requirements:
Connectors
- 24 pin flexible flat cable, zero insertion force. Equivalent to attached "Molex_520892419_sd.pdf"
- 24 pin PCB header, equivalent to attached "Molex_0462070224.pdf"
- 20 x cable lugs (6,5mm x 8mm), similar to shown on attached photo "Cable_lugs.png"
Functions
- 23 of the pins going in on the FFC connector come from a button panel shown on "24pin_FFC_input.png"
- 3 of these pins share the same ground and can be connected. They are divided on the FFC due to layout
- 4 of these control the LED function (buttons marked in red)
- 19 are connected directly to 17 of the cable lugs and 17 of the 24 pins on the PCB header
- LED's
- 25 LEDs
- Initial state off
- Colour red or white, alternatively:
- Can be chosen by using red or white LED components
- Can be chosen using a switch on the PCB
- Can be chosen using a combination of button presses
- Dimmable, 0-100%, 10% increments or finer
- The two buttons on external button panel (red on "24pin_FFC_input.png") shall:
- When pressing button 1: + 10% on LEDs
- When pressing button 2: - 10% on LEDs
- Desireable: Holding button 1 and 2 for 5 seconds: Switch LED colour
- Desireable: LED colour switch shall not change when power is off
Power
- 24V is provided on 2 of the remaining cable lugs / pins on 24 pin PCB header
- Approx. 1W or lower consumption

Design a simple schematic & pcb with one 51 pin connector, 50 resistors (all the same spaced uniformly on both sides of the board, grounded at one end and connected to successive channel pins of the connector at the other end). Along with one M2 grounded screw hole.

eagleCAD design for flexible circuit
We have an immediate need for a circuit design and eagleCAD board design for a simple circuit involving an ATmega328, ~50-60 LEDs, and associated resistors.
The circuit board will be a flexible PCB, that measures ~10 feet in length by 3/8th-1 inch in width, with LEDs spaced out through the length.

Ground plane design in CCD/ADC system

PIC programming for Audio level control project
rnet, but these are obviously freely available to anyone. Further work with PIC programming will be available in the future (all small projects). A good understanding of displays, analogue, and digital controls is essential. The code will need to be de-bugged and stable. A prototype PCB with all components fitted and sockets for PICS will be provided. The IC's and displays to be useed are not set-in-stone, so I am open to making changes if necessary.
