PCB integrated antenna II

I need a design for a PCB integrated antenna. which will work in 30 MHz band.
you must prove that you can do it. I prefer already made designs.

A simple C program connect to another one just to show that it works ok.

ld be small footprint and will be placed in circuit between the tuner antenna input socket and the antenna itself. It should introduce minimal noise into the system and the connectors will be female F-connector sockets.

Including modify drill hole size, change component size (C0603=>C0402), change component side, re-layout the DIP jumper etc. One new TQPF128 need to create, One IDE20 need convert to SMD type.

You need use allegro (above 16.0) as layout tool.

stom project im working on. I do not have any schematics but i am also not on a time constraint. Attached is a word document with all the info for the requirements. It has websites for all the devices being controlled and i can also mail you these devices to work with. The size and layers of the board are not important because i will have plenty of room and can manipulate it into my design easily. Please feel free to ask any questions.

The inputs are: datasheets, BOM and placement of the components.

Second module is:
A microprocessor based on an eval board.
The inputs are: datasheets, BOM (about 25 components) and a schematic.

The outputs (deliverables) are gerber files to produce the PCB and assemble the components.
This project will generate another one depending the quality. For this project low cost bids are particulary appreciated.

Basically there is already a circuit in the MAX17710 datasheet for harvesting from a low voltage solar cell array. I need that expanded to contain the other components listed above.

Prefer 2 layer board but 4 layer is OK. You will provide routed board in Altium, compatible with 2009 version with no DRC errors , ready to be manufactured.
