Semi automated website building application
Required skills: PHP, Website Design
A brief description of how your application will work follows:
1. User logs in to the system
2. User selects the template which he/she wishes to apply to the site from the template options.
3. User is then prompted to to supply basic information such as the sites mailing address, contact phone number, email address, logo etc.
4. This information is stored for use in the template
5. User is prompted for the number of pages the site will have and the page names...
this will be used to populate the site's menus
6. For each page the user will be asked to supply keywords, description, content, and images...
at each page the user will be prompted for a page template (wide, sidebar left, sidebar right, contact, etc.)
the user will be prompted for the page content using a WYSIWYG editor
each template will have pre-built options that will be available for that template such as sliders or tab setups - each will have an area to enter content for the option
7. User will be able to "preview" the work before packaging
8. Site file will be written outlining the template used, and the various site options used / needed for future updates to the site.
9. User is prompted for FTP information
10. User is then able to upload the site to the web server via built-in FTP capabilities.
Application will come "pre-loaded" with 5 templates. More are available for a nominal fee.
Should the user need to edit a site later and add a page to the site, he she can simply login to the system, enter the FTP info for the site, and then the user can import the existing site, read the site file so that he/she will know which template was used, and other options needed to perform an update.

I am open to suggestions regarding the use of other framworks such as CakePHP and RubyonRails. I don't have any knowledge about these programming languages, but could see some benefits by using them, specially for scalability. If you have any suggestions feel free to let me know or have any language knowledge you think will improve the application.

The application has to be generic, and web based application is preferred. However it should be wrapped for mobile specific platforms to be used with android, iphone etc seemlessly. Bid only if you're familiar with CSS3, HTML5, SVG, phonegap, sencha touch, image processing, 3d graphics etc.

I need a crawler application for crawling one website. The application should be able to crawl specific url's of that website by keywords that I input. It should output the data to an excel file.

Customer chooses publication he wants the ad to appear in (size and publication = price).
Customer then styles text starts pdf generation (pdf gets mailed to the client and us).
Please provide time frames for the mentioned phases and price per phase and total cost.
