Our existing wordpress website which needs updating and changing to a new theme integrating existing e-commerce retail 'Shopp'

eed a simple wordpress design and integration on my server. The design needs to be clean and professional. There will be 3 packages offered on the wordpress site so ecommerce experience is a must. Css Design And Integration
I need someone who can design and apply CSS on an online speed dating site. The site is developed using cake PHP - so that skill is very important. It also features a Flash chat component and Flash media server integration .
