We need a website designed and created from the template off this website: http://www.palmetto.com.au/
It’s for a new turf variety. We will supply all the information, photos and videos to be included as well as the template once we have chosen a freelancer. We need someone to put the details we send into the web page and do a new design based on the Palmetto template. Please see the logo for the new turf variety on this page: http://ozbreed.com.au/nara-turf.html. The new website will have to compliment the logo and not be too busy. Part of the project will be to do 3 basic colour designs from this template so we can pick the best out of the 3.
We would like your main bid price to be for the following: Using the supplied template for a new website design and putting all the new information and images into the new website. We are looking for a freelancer that uses Adobe Dreamweaver. There will be approximately 16 pages for the website. We will do Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) in house.
We would also like you to include separate to your bid the exact same price for above plus SEO included in the price. This would only work if the bidder has lots of experience with doing SEO and researching the appropriate key words etc. for the site. Make sure you keep just the website design and construction as your main bid and give us this bid separately in either your PM or description.

Create Background for a Website from a Picture
and the right of the "Website" as you can see it in the Picture. The Plant should mainly be visible up to a total height of 1280px. On the sides you should create a pattern that looks natural (like a plant in the shadow, as it is in the sourcefile) .

I have the template and need you to be able to do a data dump in mySQL so that my template will look exactly like the demo site. The website needs to be developed with the Jomsocial community component (a must to be set up by you) and can utilize any other free Joomla templates, modules, components necessary, etc.
This can become an ongoing job for future tweaking of the Shape 5 Elegance template and all of it’s components. .
