Photography Website with music

I'm a photographer and I need help to build a Photography Website with cool design with logo, menus... Simple, elegant, professional, easy to use and fast to load. The domain name is cedarphoto.com.

ll these options, and able to be customised to be consistant throughout my site, and minimise my need for multiple systems.

I'm ok for this to take a little while to complete, however I will need do some of these in stages - the urgent part of this is to get at least 1 gallery set up so guests can purchase, ideally in the next 2 weeks. I want someone with some design background since the site is a photography website so needs to looked polished. If you need to use a dynamic language other than javascript, please let me know what language you plan to use.
