Webpage programming, and adapting design

I just got a new webpage www.kironord.dk but unfortunaley the designer did not do a teriffic job. so got a new design through designcontest.com
I dont know if it is possible to use the programming form the webpage that is finished, or if you have to start over? but functionallity needs to be almost the same. The design needs some adjustments on subpages, more/less buttons, and changing pictures, different icons on buttons etc.
Design to work from "Nye Hjemmeside" se attatched file: general: were you wright adress to the left there were suposed to be a spine/print icon, and subpages needs to be able to get back to first page easily.
se attatched file "rund spine fra hjemmeside" the spine and prints in the background of my picture is fantastic, I would like that to be incorporated on subpages, and if possible behind the "generel design page" so that it is only possible to se a fraction of it, and in a blurry way, ant tilted forward, into the page so that it is wider, in the bottom og the screen an narrower at the top.

3.b. symptomes: i am imaganing, that it startet with a picture of lumbar spine to the right, and to the left the text conected to it. under this there would be buttons with cervical spine, hand, foot etc, and when you click on them they show up in the photo area, similar to lumbarsppine, and the lumbarspine, then is a buttom underneeth. So that it is always possible to clik on the area of wich patients have syptomes from.
3.c. behandlingsformer built up like 3.b
3.d. hvad sker eder hos kiropraktoren built up like 3 b and c
4. reserver en tid: just needs to be conected to the program i have, from onlinebooq.
i have some icons for shutterstoch, that might be needed on subpages buttons...

Logo Design #2 And Small Design Change To Website
maybe 10 minutes more of design change work. We will give you another domain to work from which has the exact code installed on it. A watermarked logo mockup will be required if you want us to accept your bid. Portfolios are nice but we would rather see something that relates to our project. The script we use is xfilesharing v 1.7
