Port c project to Delphi

I've a C project that i want to port it to Delphi .
it deals with the System in short it's a machine emulator , that can emulates CPU , Memory . not the whole system .

This machine emulator will be used to emulate PE files execution , as we do in Anti-virus Softwares ; they have an Emulator so that the suspected malware will be executed and then dumped .

Post existing MFC/C++ project to Qt.

Second half (first part somehow deleted by me).

First half of the project has been completed. This second half involves porting remaining C++ code to Ansi C with complete unit testing.

I need this project to be converted to a ready-to-compile VB.NET project (including the form GUI).

We have a C project works well with Linux and sqlite and ext4 file system. Now we are looking for port this project into Android. We are looking for someone who already worked on porting C applications to android. The candidate should also develop UI thats need by the C application.

I have a C++ project I want to convert into c#

We require a Borland C++ Builder DLL project (which is fully functional and will be provided) to be ported to Delphi (including the Indy functionalities), as well as compiled into a 64 bit DLL (called stdcall_ChartPatterns.dll) based on the ported Delphi code.
The project is about 2500+ lines of code.

Deliverables are the ported source code, as well as the 64 bit DLL.

hat IS WORKING. Just can't get it translated correctly to Delphi 2010.

I am aware there are dev kits however I want this done at the socket level.

The project make an interface unit that allows the use of a C++ dll from Delphi win32 (can be Delphi 7 or Delphi 2006 or above).
I uploaded the dll, the header files and c++ library.

The code should take into account the specificities of this kind of communication, more specifically the memory allocation and freeing.

The component must work with Delphi/C++Builder 2007. It's OK if you develop for an older version if you don't have 2007. You must provide a demo program showing that your fixes work (no fancy GUI required)
