I need a project manager-cum-editor for a long term project.

+ Review & hand-picked the most recommended products for top lists; & display them in blog postings.
+ The project is now on-going.
+ Project members are me, a product reviewer (for front-end), a blogger (for back-end). All are at +8 GMT timezone.
Tasks:
+ Discuss weekly with me (via email) on the coming week's assignments to project members.
+ Maintain project progress file in a shared Google Spreadsheet.
+ Maintain payment file in a shared Google Spreadsheet.
+ Communicate with project members (via email) on assignments. Do follow-up on assigned tasks.
+ Review work done by project member. Demand for revision, if necessary.
+ Edit front-end's output for back-end's input, i.e.,:

+++ Rank products (and no-rank for not selected products)

Rate:
MAX USD0.20/completed_product_recommendation (just check)

Other supporting tasks, e.g., update reports and weekly discussion are implied.
