Required skills: Flash, HTML5, Silverlight
Looking for someone to create two custom video players, ideally customizing the open source JW Players.

We would like to create a similar player, skinned similarly in terms of look and feel. We need both a Flash/HTML5 version as well as a Silverlight version.
-Players should be dynamic (supporting adaptive bitrate streaming) as well as able to be manually switched between bitrates.
-Key stats similar to the current player:
-Ability for our company to set the resolution for the input video and buffer length for the player
-Player should have the ability to look up and report the current resolution of the playing video
-Bitrate chart reader similar to how it is now
-Player should have the ability to look up and report the network bandwidth
-Ability to turn captions on and off
-DRM (need to figure out how to show this…maybe a certain video is locked and a player pop up asks if you’d like to request a key…enter email address…key is sent…enter key…video plays back?)
-Ad-insertion (button that can be clicked to insert a slate for X seconds)
-Image insertion (have a switch that can be selected to overlay an image on the player)
Need to be able to work efficiently and in close contact with the project manager. Our company will provide all graphic elements necessary.
Delivery needs to include full source, including an XML to make easy updates to certain information in the players.

Custom Video Player Setup
, I need to be able to display links in the bottom portion of the lightbox which will bring up a different set of videos in the playlist and player.
Attached is a mock-up design of what i am looking for. If we can integrate the playlists with our MySQL database it would be great but we can also manually insert the video and playlist info if needed.

Custom video player with multiple subtitle support
filename of the subtitle must be loaded from flashvars. There will be a static directory where all the subtitles will be stored and the video url will always change, so it will be an absolute url.
Check cuevana.tv site for reference of the kind of video player I want and how it will be used. I want something VERY similar to that functionality, with a sligthly different GUI.

Custom Video Player Needed
I am needing a custom video player built for my site using JWPlayer. This player will be embedded directly on a page of my site, and will have numbered links below it (1 - 2- 3 - 4 - 5) which when clicked, will load different videos in to the player without refreshing the page.

4 video file is not disclosed anywhere in the embed code or any js/css pages.
I'm using a flash player, which could be added as a fallback from html5. Also you'll be able to use the flash player's design.

Youtube Like Video Player
We need the video to show video overlay advertisement within the payer just like how Youtube does. We are using http://www.openx.org/ to build and show our custom advertisement or Google Adsense Advertisement.
