I have a consulting business that has a stock Godaddy website design. I'm looking for someone to create a new logo and website design. The company is hospitalpricingspecialists dot com. You can see that it needs help. Besides the current few pages, I would like the new website to include a data store where I can easily update new data files in either Excel, PDF or database formats and have the user order the files, pay for the in PayPal, and quickly download the file from an email that's sent to them. This data store page would allow me to enter the following information: Title, Description, jpg picture thumbnail, and price. Then, I would upload the file that is to be sold.

I would prefer using the purple and gold colors, but you can use whatever you like if you think it will work. The website will have on the main menu bar: HOME, SERVICES, ABOUT US, BLOG, CONTACT. Also on the front page there will also be the 4 main legal services the company offers, each with a nice icon and a short text.
The rest is up to you.
