Multiple Google map lightbox pop-ups on a Wordpress page
I have a Wordpress page that will need to have the ability to have multiple lightbox style pop-ups on one page that displays a Google map with a marker and a custom HTML balloon. The Google map should also have zoom controls, and toggle switches to normal view, satellite view and hybrid view. I would like to be able to control the default zoom level, the default view and the default map center. Ideally, custom PHP code should be avoided if possible, and instead, use an existing plugin(s) from the Wordpress library to accomplish this. Optionally, I would to be able to display HTML in the clickable balloon.
I have attached a screen shot of the map links to show that there are multiple links on a page. It's not necessary for each lightbox to be able to arrow to the next lightbox, but this would be a nice feature.
Also, a nice feature would be to have one map link on the page that shows all the locations on one map, but this is not a requirement.
The website is using Wordpress: Version 3.3.1. I currently use the following plugins, so compatibility with them is a must.

Should, could this be a plugin? Software? Regardless it needs to manage multiple sites at once if a software. I would prefer using a plugin since everything is so tied into wordpress.

I will be using an existing membership script (S2Member) to handle the access side of things, I just need a simple plugin to display posts based on how long their account has been active.
Needless to say, these scheduled posts/pages should only be seen if the subscriber is logged into Wordpress and if possible not included in any WP-generated RSS feeds, unless the subscribers has been a member for the appropriate time.
