Word Press Website Enhancements

We require some changes to our word press based website and website template:

Specifically we want to:
1. Fix minor alignment and formatting issues
2. Add stylized testimonials to key pages which displays an image and allows the user the scroll through the testimonials we have on file. We also need an easy way to manage our testimonials going forward in the Word Press interface.
3. Add Search form field to the base of each page
4. Implement automated backup system / plugin for word press
5. Modify template design and CSS formats to match the rendering of our desired website
6. Use the updated buttons and Icons which we will provide on our website.
7. Optimize the load time of each page (currently our home page is over 1megabyte!)
8. Fix the JS error that is appearing on each page from the Google + feature
9. Add Socal Networking / Share links to the blog articles.
10. Implement word press security best practices for securing the admin area of our website.
