Also, there is already a website with our colors and logo to preserve the colors and logo.

replicated as closely as possible in the coded template, from the images to the CSS styles of text and headings. I also need the CSS style sheet to use standard Joomla! naming conventions so as to make it integrate seamlessly with the menus and content items.

I especially like the look for the Request A Quote Button on the Bottom of the home page and the way the form works when you click that button. The Portfolio portions is also awesome. I would like this done as soon as possible not something that will take 30 days. Please use professional and diverse graphics, modern web technology (ajax,etc..). Please use only valid XHTML, CSS markup. Absolutely no tables. Please provide links of previous customized joomla sites/templates.
