We will open a new online shop about gear and we want a copy of the desing of this shop:

-We want same structure and desing, This shop is do it with prestashop but we are open to other systems like oscommerce.
-We want the shop optimized for SEO, to instal SEO Modules.
-In general terms we want a copy of this shop to put our products, with an admin panel where we can add or delete products, put sales, add products or categories,... Same system of checkout, all the same of the original shop.
-The shopping cart will be works with a normal system of payment by credit card TPV, not paypal.
-We want to add some information pages like About Us, Shipping, Terms and conditions,...
-We have graphic designer in our team, so, we will put the images, header, logos.... We are searching only develop, not graphic desing or logo desing.

We have an existing X-Cart online shop and are moving to PrestaShop. We have purchased a Prestashop template that is close to what we want but need our logo, customization, paypal, SSL etc setup. We have a beta site running with Prestashop for the developer that wins this contest to work with.

a guess I would think our product database contains between 1000 and 1500 items. Time for this section would be essential, the stock CSV file would have to be uploaded to you no later then 8PM (English time) on a Saturday, all products would then need to be imported into the database and ready to be used by 7am the following Monday. If this is not achieved then any work will have been lost as the database will change again after that.

I'm in need of someone to develop 2 simple, open source online shopping websites to be suitable for Australian visitors and buyers. Basic configuration of these are required. Currently one of my customers has 2 websites (different domains & products), however is looking at implimenting an online shop for both of his websites.
