Install/Modify My Custom CMS Streaming Site

I already have a full CMS/Script created.
I have a backup of an older streaming site, which is a custom CMS. I want to install this, and have a site up and running in full. Here are some details of how the site will work.
The back up I have can do the following:
- download movies/shows from torrents onto my server using TorrentFlux
- unzip and convert video files to .flv for streaming
- stream videos via jwplayer
WHAT I NEED:
Since I do not have any programing knowledge, I need to slightly modify the CMS to work on my server. For example, modifying the location of flv files for streaming (if its on another server). Learning how to add more videos, unzip, and convert these videos (the site previously can do this, I do not know exactly how). Basically I need to know how to use the site fully.
In the end I want a fully functional site. Please PM me for a demo of the script.

Help me improve my custom CMS half finished
s such a custom project – If you have done a project like this before using the same concept WITH OR WITHOUT the automated tasks i am asking for then it would be wise to show me a demo, especially of the link to CPANEL - i wont just be awarding this project to anyone i will be awarding it to someone who can prove they understand what i am asking and have a demo to provide me.

Convert Custom Cms To Wordpres
(few pages), but uses mod_rewrite for its links and pages.
Link structure in wordpress must be maintained after the conversion. You will need a GOOD understanding of mod_rewrite to get everything working.
Project is complete when site is up and running with wordpress, and a fully functional clone of the original CMS.

We had had the site redesigned in Joomla (http://shanghaidx.sinohosting.net/~afrosh/index.php), however it was just too difficult to manage as we are not used to this CMS. However this gives you some idea about what we are looking for. Thus for this project we need a custom CMS that would be easy to manage.
