IT solutions company need a virtual assistant, we work under the EST time zone, so the VA should be available within this time frame mostly, VA should be available by phone, email, SMS and chat.
VA preferred to have skype, even though we will provide a local voip number for the VA.
VA must speak good english, sometimes we forward the phone to the VA to handle incoming calls, and also VA will be responsible for some customer service tasks and followups.(there will be phone interview to determine if there are any accent issues)
VA needs some graphic design and desktop publishing background for some simple flyers and brochures design
as well as web research for team and projects requirements.
only experienced VA will be considered.
we pay only through PAYPAL.
