Convert excel excel spreadsheet into web-based app and after approved I need the same app for iPhone app, android and blackberry.
It a very simple home budget. I attached some samples but any of them is my excel file, it is just for give you an idea. I would appreciate if you can improve the design.
It should work Bilingual and in any known currency, but I will give you the words. Ideal if you can make it work as evernote and include some basic and colorfuls graphs.

We need to turn it into a functional "calculator" webpage where users can enter fields, hit Submit and have it display results just like the spreadsheet would do. I need to know your flat rate for doing this project, and how long you estimate it will take to get it done. If its relevant our site is built with Joomla.

Only 4 cells should be editable by people who visit the website. The rest of the cells should be locked (uneditable).
For someone who knows how to use Excel formulas, this is literally a 5 minute job. But more importantly, it is a chance to begin a relationship with a new client who will have multiple projects in the future.
Please help. My bid for this 5 minute project is $ 10.
