I'm looking to create a web form that takes data and stores it CRM and is able to be exported to excel. From there I want to be able to make thematic maps (especially USA map). Heres an example :
Photographers how much do you make shooting weddings?
fields = studio name, city, state, zip, average invoice, how many jobs a year
after data is exported it creates a thematic map to show who charges how much in each area.
Budget is $ 250.

Microsoft Access-create A Form- That Can Change Password
ed this password by opening the database in exclusive and using encrypt method-
I want to create a form that allows user to enter password to enter database- and also allows user to change password as long as they know the current password.
( I don't want user to be able to over-ride password by holding down the shift key when they enter database)-
My user says its too complicated to use microsoft access encrypt and decrypt method-
can you create such a form?

Php Cloned Element Form That Submits To E-mail

What I want to do is have the form submit the user's input to e-mail and properly capture all the form input data that the user enters, cloned elements and all.
Is this really hard? Not that I know how to do it, but it just seems like something a relatively skilled programmer can whip up a solution to in a jiffy. I could not get resolution on this with the last programmer I had.
Is this anyone's cup of tea?

Web Form That Posts To Api
iry, they complete that form, then the system should submit all information to local database, and to the corresponding remote api. We should then grab a success or failure code. If success let user know success, if fail allow for correction of data and resubmission, abandon, or submit to manager.

My hosting is with GoDaddy.com and I currently do not have a SSL certificate.
Please let me know:
*how much a certificate will cost
*which form extension is the best to use and will allow SSL
*how much it will cost to have you manage this project

Php Form That Adds To Database
ds, I want people that purchased a special right (site already does this part) to be able to send snail mail letters to the inmate (limit one per day). I'll print out the email and mail it to the inmate. The form that goes to the database would be a backup incase the email doesn't go through or something.
I am open to ideas on other ways of doing this.
I am not in a rush for this. Not needed till around July 15th.
