I have an iPhone/iPad app for sale called Texas Child Support Calculator 2012. You can see it in the iTunes store here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/texas-child-support-calculator/id492141584?mt=8
This application calculates child support payable in Texas depending on several inputs, one of which is the amount of money the person making the child support payment earns.
Several attorneys have requested that I add a “minimum wage” button so that if the person paying child support is earning the minimum wage, the process of calculation can be shortened.
I have updated the app to calculate minimum wage, but I have been unable to do a few things. This project involves putting the finishing touches on the app. The project requires:
1. I have rearranged the input screen for the iPhone and have added a “minimum wage” input button. You can see the changes from the attached files oldiphone.tiff and newiphone.tiff. I need the same changes made to the iPad input screen. A file showing the existing iPad screen is attached as oldipad.tiff.
2. If the user selects “Yes” for minimum wage, then the text field “Gross income” should be greyed out so that the user knows not to make any entry there. This change should be made to both iPhone and iPad data entry pages.
3. The results pages for both the iPhone and iPad functions recap the user's inputs to allow the user to confirm that he inputted information correctly. When amounts exceed $ 999, they are displayed without commas. For example, $ 1500.21 rather than $ 1,500.21. I would like for commas to be displayed.
4. On the results pages for both the iPhone and iPad functions, when the user answers “Yes” to the minimum wage question, the Gross Income part of the Recap is 0 because there is no Gross Income inputted under the minimum wage option. The Recap should display these values for Gross Income when using the minimum wage option:

It needs to be upgraded for the latest iPhone OS for multitasking and it needs a look redesign. It has 4, very simple pages.
It also needs one simple functionality added. It needs to be able to post messages via HTTP POST on our php script. The script is already built and it takes 4 simple parameters.

he Plug-in upgrade will be able ONLY on MY app Website,in a way that you won't need ITUNES to do the second upgrade, so as soon as they pay for the upgrade the app will start the plug-in installation.
