Iphone App for Managing Client Files into MYSQL Web-based Database:
Our company has an online database where our staff continuously upload client notes and files. We require an iphone app to be able to streamline the process. The app should be easy to use and it must integrate with the current structure of our system (a mysql database, front-end is php and html).
The information added by staff on the app will automatically update the database. We require the app to be completed in the shortest time period possible.
The iphone app would have the following features:
Staff Login: Each staff can login to the database using their username and password. The list of clients that will display is dependent on their login status.
List of Client Designation by Status (New, Current, In-Progress, Completed, Follow Up, On Hold, Onsite)
Under each specific Client Designation would be the list of actual client names with a choice to sort by: last update, alphabetically or by Client Date.
Clicking on each name will open their file with 2 choices of Client Types, each with the following categories (Clinic, Admin, Onsite, Client Contact, Staff Notes, Payment, Basic Info, Checklist, Long-Term, Travel, Documents)
Each category will have a field to type a new note or a pull-down menu of common notes, as well as display the existing/previous notes. All new notes added to the Client File will automatically include the staff login and time and date.
This app will need to dovetail with the current mysql database system, so you will need to develop a interface to do this to make sure the data is integrated in real-time. You will work closely with our IT staff to ensure seamless integration.

We want to release the app on Droid phones as well. The iPhone app should be a guide as to how everything should look and work. The API is complete, all designing is complete, pages, functionality, etc. Everything is done and there is no thinking necessary.
It just needs to be ported/coded into a Droid App.
