Word Press Theme Design Alternation

Hi! I have a photography word press site that has a theme purchased and installed. I am still designing that website and would like to make a few changes before I start loading the site up. Here is my site www.artoisphotography.com. This template is looking very standart and I would like to make some specific changes to that template. I have a few websites that I really like and give this sites as an examples. Here is the list of things that I need to be done:
1. Grid-Style Posts(Matrix Posts).
Please follow this link to see an example www.malomanblog.com . I pretty much like everything in this site and would like it to be done pretty close to the way it looks in this site.
- Only one picture from the entire post should be posted. I must be able to choose which one.
- When you click on the posted thumbnail, than it must open the entire post.
- Each thumbnail to be posted horizontally. 2 thumbnails per line.
- The number of the thumbnails per page to be customizable.
2. Static Front Page.
The static front page must be regular blog page. It must have a few grid-style posts (maybe 6 or 8 - must be customizable). I must be able to choose which posts should go on that front page. This front page will serve to show only the best posts, so when the user arrive at my site, will always see this best posts first.
3. Header.
My current theme includes a pretty standard flash header. Anyway I would like to step forward and make it more interactive.
- When the user clicks on the header picture, I want a picture gallery to open. Please see an example: www.thebecker.com (Click on the image in the header). This gallery will serve to show my best images throughout the site. These images will be different from the one I have in the header flash. For this gallery I should have a separate set of images. The difference will be that the pictures in this gallery will be different from the flash header pictures.
- When the user clicks on the logo on top of the header to load the home page.
- When the users roll-over the menu buttons, the falling down menus to be more animated. I want the menus actually to fall down, instead of just showing. Please see an example at www.malomanblog.com
- The falling down menu buttons to be in one line, when title is longer. Right now the field for the title is too short.
4. Featured Posts strip.
Right now my theme supports a “featured gallery” strip. I would like to alter it a little bit. I would like to be changed to “featured post” strip. Please see www.malomanblog.com( and click on any post) . Must be done the same way like is on this web site.
- Must be shown only at the end of a post.
- I must be able to set which posts will show on that strip.
- Featured posts must show in random order.
- When the user roll-over on the picture of the post, the name of the post to show.
- It must be displayed right after “facebook comments” plugin.
- I would like to remove my current featured galley strip.
5. Bio section
I would like to have a bio section in “Meet me” above the contact information. I would like to have slightly bigger thumbnail images roatating on the top left corner and text on the right corner. The thumbnails must change every 10s or so. Please visit www.thebecker.com and see the bio section.
6. LOGO
I would like you to make me a logo of “ARTOIS PHOTOGRPAHY”. It must be something simple, but yet eye catching. This logo will go on top of the header.
7. Footer Copyright removed
Right now I am using a plug-in to display my copyright info, but I cannot make it to show in the middle of the page.

l not have to insert any text. I will insert the text - I just need the layout, images and some plugins installed as they appear in the site I want to model after.

Word Press Theme Customize
ustomized them the only thing I'd need to change from product to product would be the header & product image, choose # of tabs I want under the header (0,1, 2, 3, 4 or 5), edit the sales text, and the download link on the thank you page. That's it!
This is an easy job for a wordpress guru. My max budget for this job is $ 50. Turnaround time is 1-3 days.

Theme will have no sidebars and only the main articles. Articles will load into same custom layout. At bottom of main page there will be an option to view previous entries.
