Simple database / web interface designing

Database records only have 3 fields. My main need is that data can be written and extracted FAST. Database will often be over 200,000 records so speed is essential. Inputted data will need to be checked to prevent duplication in the database.

There will definitely be further ongoing work if this goes well.

I have an excel sheet with 3 columns and about 3300 items. I need a database created and a simple web interface that will allow users to search the data either from column 1 or column 2 (column 3 is only used as part of the results display)

I need a simple database built (sql) and have a web form to enter items into the database. No reports or anything required, just need a simple way for a person to enter the data.

Each record will contain 5 items.

For now - the entire purpose of this is just to store the data.

Need a web based interface to allow easy removals of entries in my current database

n imported I require the data to filtered through a web based API. The results of the API need to be sorted and stored and then made available via a web interface. I have many different users with units that report so seperate accounts will be required for each user. I will also require an admin interface in order to add and delete new accounts as required.

should be developed in PHP , with only CSS web 2.0 clean style(few colors cheme) . JQuery for javascript.

I prefer the php framework to be kohana!

used is a standard apache server with PHP. All the code must be done in PHP. For each function, there must be one web interface PHP file including one file with the same name + “_lib” where the code for the functions is (total 2 files per function). I must have the source code and documentation on how to install this web interface from scratch on any freshly installed new Fedora Core Linux server.
