I need a unique MMORPG game script and website designed and scripted to my needs.
I would like the game script to incorporate several things. The game will be a crime-based game, and as an example of the main features I am going to be needing in the script you should see www.mafiakings.com. This is the site I'd love to be similar to, so take note of all of the features there and don't bid unless you're sure you can incorporate most of them.
Also in this I will need a detailed Admin Panel whereby I can create items with costs and effects easily so that will need to be sorted to. It would be best if you'd find a crime MMORPG and sign up and play for a little while to know what I need in detail.

If you have the skills to do this project, we have other projects in the wings waiting, and will probably require an ongoing monthly maintenance contract, to support our sites, later. Other projects we need are membership sites, affiliate sites, and e-products sites.

I need php expert who can do export and import activity from mysql DB. And need to create custom based report from that data available in DB

(I will provide specs), and then forwards the data in xml format, on for processing to another website.
The control panel has a switch that allows for manual approval conversion (by clicking the button), and also has an option to automatic conversion to the xml without manual clicking.
