Virtuemart Image Adjustment and Attribute Help

Hi, I need an experienced virtuemart person(s) who can adjust my brand new joomla/virtuemart site that was not completed as requested.
1. I need image help. I need to be able to show more than one image on about 1/3 of my jewelry items.
2. I need more image help. The current images are awful looking--the "enlarged" images are perfect, but the thumbnails are blurry and mis-shaped.
3. I need help with adding attributes to some select items. What I mean by this is that some items have color options or length options.... I am having so much trouble adding this. I believe because these choices only show up on parent description and not child description.
4. I would like my child descriptions to be very short (maybe one or two lines) and then have the customer select READ MORE then go to the parent description for color choices, etc.
5. My slider is awful. I have sold 3 of the 5 slider items, but when I tried to make a new one, I am unable to have it "go to" the correct item.
6. I would like to add at least another row or 2 of featured products (but my last Freelancer said it conflicted and was not able to).
7. I would like to display (related items), but my last Freelancer said it conflicted and was not able to to.)
These were all things that I asked my last Freelancer, but he was not able to complete, so I am asking for someone who has quite a bit of knowledge on doing the above items.
I am looking for someone for long term relationship because I would like to modify my items often.
Please look at my website www.missbetty.com and see if you are the one that can modify these items. I have seen many virtuemart sites with awesome-looking images (www.tapestrypalace.com) and so I know it is possible to fix what this last Freelancer took 5 months and couldn't finish.
If you do not have time to review the website to see my concerns, please do not bid, as I will ask you specific questions, prior to paying a very fair price for this project.
I am putting a long bidding period, but I would select someone in one day if they could demonstrate that they were right for the project.
If you need to log into my Admin to see if this can be modified, I will be glad to make you a temp password.
