I have a website based on one business template. I would like to use few part of this template like email form, rss, twitter and Facebook comments links, add one part or section where i can post some news time to time which appear on the present news box in the template. Template is already edited as per my requirement and wokring, only these small adjustment required. Will show the site on awarding the project and payment done in one go after 100% completion of job. (no milestone request as budget is very small)

Miscellaneous coding and graphics work for existing website
lay characters in turkish. html display is ok but when trying to display info from mysql database with php, the non english characters are not appearing properly. the host is godaddy.com and they said we should be able to do this. we changed the table column character types and database collation in phpmyadmin but it is still not working. Solve this problem.

The notification area, through which i can post something on the back end, and all the user will see it on the form, if there is some urgent msg or news from the admin.
