Required skills: AJAX, CSS, HTML, Javascript, PHP
I need online product catalog with public, user, merchant supplier and admin interfaces - logins, integration with facebook and twitter, including post on user's behalf.
At present moment I don't need any cart,payment,shipping functionality.
Please READ the attached document with details carefully and COMPLETELY and CONFIRM that you have read, understand and CAN DELIVER all mentioned functionality.
I will provide main DB structure.
I will provide all graphic design in psd.
I will have full copyright of created code
I will have full source code.
I will need at least 3 month free bugfix period after delivery.
We will test this site on public hosting I have bought, I will give developer access to it.
In future I will sure need additional features, so this can be a good long-term business relationship and developer must be willing to provide his services for this portal in future.

Simple php product catalog with search query and:
is not needed but any additional options as in product sorting or show items per page are welcome.
It is desired to be able to manipulate the site's looks in the html by using tags as in: <title><?php echo $ Field1 ?> </title>
Not sure if its important but the first Field is the key or the product number.

We have also been burned a few times, so if we accept you and you choose to finish the project, we are asking that 1/3 be paid at 50% completion and the remainder once we have a completed project.
