. We have identical servers that already run CentOS 5.3 32-bit successfully. Note that PAE is used.

You must have experience with VirtualBox (especially headless installations and bridged networking) and CentOS and know how to install a WinXP guest. You don't need experience with Windows, other than installing the guest.

Please respond to this posting by telling us about your Systems Administration experience with CentOS and VirtualBox.

However, my experience with Linux is limited.

Requirements -- include yourself having vast experience with Linux and able to communicate via. IM as I complete the process. I have enough knowledge on the basics.. but after trying to install a similar package and having roadblocks, I would like some assistance here.
