3D character - model, rig, textures 3DS Max

Need a body modelled for an existing 3D character.
I can provide existing body model for you to match dimensions. Re-use the hands after some clean up.
You would need to assist in the concept stage with a few rough sketches.
Character (female, approx 12 years old) needs to be clothed in leather vest and pants with a sack cloth shirt underneath. Also boots and belt (with money/items pouch). The items need to look clean and as if they were hand crafted by a villager in the middle ages. Maybe pants and a split (riding) skirt would also look good.
See attached jpgs for reference. The wired images are without turbosmooth. The render has it applied to give an indication of final look.

Low Poly 3D Character Model Needed

Poly count should be triangles between 3,000 - 4,000 with about 100 bones.

ve to be perfect at all due to very limited time.
I need 3 original working files, character modeling, rendering the character only for ONE IMAGE and the final animated copy. All in MAX file so i can change later on if i wanted to.

3DS Max Character rigging and texturing

We need this done in 3DS Max (we are working in 3DS Max 2012) and would like all the textures supplied along with the models please.
We will need an NDA signed and obviously need to reatin copyright and usage on all elements.
Ideally this would be completed in one week.

AutoCAD to Revit/3ds Max
I have an AutoCAD 3d model (wireframe) that needs to be made into simple masses in revit and the taken into 3ds and create simple roads and surfaces similar to the attached jpeg.
The timeframe is 1 day
The deliverable will be a Revit (rvt) file and 3ds max model.
