Backlinks: 2 websites, 1,200 links over 6 months

We have 2 websites and require 100 quality backlinks for each site per month for 6 months. This is 100 links per month per site, so 200 links per month total and 1,200 for the whole project. The most important factor to us will be on page relevancy and white hat pages.
LINKS WE WILL ACCEPT
• Dofollow only (only include these in your report)
• All links must be permanent and active
• Relevant backlinks (very important to us). Especially page title, URL and keywords found on page close to the placed link.
• We prefer relevancy over page rank so instead of looking for page rank, look for relevancy.
• Page must already be cached by Google (we will check this with Firefox Google toolbar)
• English pages only (US, UK, Canada and Australia). We’d prefer some from each country
• Each link must be from a different domain.
• One link per page
• Page must already have less than 20 outbound links.
• Forums are fine as long as the page is on topic, the more content on the page the better.
• One way non-reciprocal links only

RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you do not provide at least 80% of the required links in any month, we reserve the right to cancel your services. You will be paid for links that have been approved up to the date of cancellation
